"Whole Grain" Lower Risk of Heart Disease

Whole grain aka whole grains are a source of healthy fiber that is proven to reduce the risk of heart disease. Whole grain may be obtained in the form of cereals, oatmeal, whole meat bread, or crackers.

People who regularly eat whole grains is known to live longer and avoid heart disease. However, there is no evidence to suggest the consumption of whole grains can prevent cancer.

A recent study of the link between whole grains with heart disease is delivered by a team from Harvard University. The study involved 74,000 women and 44,000 men from the mid 1980s until 2010.

"Whole Grain" Lower Risk of Heart Disease

The more often someone mengasup whole grains, the lower the risk of heart disease. On average respondents in this study consume about 28 grams of whole grains each day.

Other studies show that regular consumption and limit the consumption of whole Cereal grains are milled, can reduce the size of abdominal fat to 10 percent smaller.
